FORWARDING
Forwarding
An order for a vetted carrier when it is closer, cheaper or has the right equipment.
- Vetting: licence, carrier liability insurance, company data
- The carrier sees only its own order — never the customer price
- Carrier settlement kept apart from the customer invoice
Documents without searching
Every document linked to the case number.
- CMR
- Consignment note with the order; data structured for e-CMR.
- POD
- Proof of delivery checked against the order before invoicing.

- Data stored in a structure aligned with eFTI (full EU application from 2027).
